The Balmoral Hotel Edinburgh

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the staff provided exceptional service, and the spa and wellness centre with its full body massage and beauty treatment was a highlight. the indoor swimming pool provided a relaxing atmosphere along with the sauna and steam room.

The location of my hotel was perfect as it was in the very center of the city, making it easy to walk anywhere I wanted to go. It was right next to the train station and the bridge from the Old town to the New town. The service was outstanding, with staff being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was impeccably clean and spacious with great facilities such as a beautiful view, comfortable beds, and lovely bathrooms. Breakfast was impressive with a great selection of food.

There was one small negative aspect; the room was slightly sparse in comparison to the price, but it didn't detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

As avid bike riders, we were thrilled to find that the hotel had a convenient bike storage facility on-site. It made it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings of the hotel without worrying about the safety of our bikes.

We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay at the hotel, and have no complaints whatsoever.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile and the staff could not have been more helpful. The location was perfect, with the train station right across the road. The breakfast menu had everything you could ask for and the food was absolutely delicious. The room was divinely comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well-equipped. The fine dining restaurant made us feel special, which is a rare occurrence. the level of service and friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations.

The car park can be quite chaotic in the evening, so be prepared for some difficulties with parking.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and a lovely bathroom stocked with fluffy towels. The staff were really good, from the friendly and helpful cleaners to the reception desk personnel. The hotel's location near the train station made transportation convenient, and there was even a parking facility available. The breakfast was wonderful, leaving me satisfied for the rest of the day.

The location close to major tourist sites and train station is very convenient for time-conscious travelers. The Scotch bar offering over 500 varieties of whisky is a great opportunity to try unique blends. The staff are attentive and welcoming, making guests feel special. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The free, fast Wi-Fi is a plus.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Edinburgh for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold food, and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room was ready when we arrived, and we even received a free upgrade to an executive room. The facilities were top-notch, and the marble in the bathroom was particularly beautiful. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to the train station and various attractions.

We had an amazing stay at a luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for exploring all the best attractions. The building itself was excellent, with a warm welcome from the doorman. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities of a five-star hotel. The bed was comfortable and soundproofing was excellent. We enjoyed delicious meals at the Brasserie restaurant and had a great experience at the specialty whisky bar. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel for a special stay.
